Flags on lampposts in the village

The Parish Council has received a number of comments about the flags that have recently been put up on lampposts in the village. We share concerns about this in terms of safety and potential message, and we have raised the issue with the police but as it is a County Council Highways responsibility, it has been raised with them for action.
